The Jordanian Network for Education for All\u00a0<\/strong>(JNEA) held a meeting with representatives of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE)on\u00a0 2nd of February 2026 , in the presence of Mr. Rifaat Sabbah, President of the Global Campaign for Education (GCE), The meeting took place within the framework of the\u00a0Education Out Loud<\/em>\u00a0program funded by the Global Partnership for Education. It provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships and explore avenues for joint coordination, particularly in light of ongoing developments in the national education sector and their implications for the Network\u2019s work and its role in supporting education policies.<\/p>

The discussion included a review of the Network\u2019s participation in the development of the Education Partnership Compact, a national framework that defines key priorities for education reform and development in Jordan, in parallel with the Ministry of Education\u2019s preparation of the sector\u2019s strategic plan. The Network\u2019s role in this process was highlighted, particularly its contributions in advancing issues related to inclusive education, strengthening community participation, and ensuring that the needs of the most marginalized groups are reflected within national reform priorities.<\/p>

The meeting also marked an important moment following the conclusion of Mr. Tariq Khan\u2019s tenure in the Middle East region as Country Engagement Lead. Mr. Nils Reimann, who has assumed responsibilities in the region, was introduced during the meeting, providing an opportunity to establish direct communication channels and strengthen prospects for future collaboration.<\/p>

The Jordanian Network for Education for all reaffirmed the importance of continued networking with regional and international partners to enhance the presence of civil society in discussions related to education reform and to support national efforts toward building a more inclusive, equitable, and high-quality education system for all.<\/p>
